I want to share with you what Scion is all about, how we choose to do business, and how it benefits our customers.  Before Scion launched, a lot of research was done with our customers regarding how they wanted us to do business with them in the future.  We learned three important things.  First, they wanted us to offer unique, innovative, high quality products of value that could be customized the way they wanted them customized.  Second, they wanted those products of value to be offered at competitive prices.  And third, they wanted those prices to be fair and consistent.  They told us in no uncertain terms that they didn't feel comfortable doing business in an environment where they had to worry about whether or not someone might purchase the same vehicle with the same equipment the next day for less.  So, as a result of this research, Scion has adopted what we call the Scion Pure Price Philosophy, which means that you can feel comfortable ddoing business-maybe fr the first time in a dealership environment, because you know that the customer tomorrow will pay the same price you are paying today. 

Here at Colonial Scion we offer a bit more to benefit our valued customers:

     - The best service possible. We always do as much as we can for a customer to keep them happy.  We understand that keeping a customer satisfied is the most important thing.  That's why the majority of our customers are repeat customers coming back for their second or third vehicle or a friend or relative that was referred to us. 

     - We also have the longest service hours in the state to make it more convenient for our valued customers to schedule appointments and get service.  Our service department is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:00pm.  All of our technicians are Scion/Toyota Certified and specialize in working on Scion/Toyotas as well as other manufacturers. 

     - We are also in the middle of a 2 million dollar expansion program.  We will be expanding our service department and putting more service bays in to get our valued customers in and out quicker because we understand how important time is.  There will also be a play area put in for children so that will help give our parents a change to really spend time making the right decisions for their purchase. 

     - We also offer a Customer Appreciation program (at no charge to you) in which we reward our customers for referring anyone to us with a check of $100-$150 depending on if there is a trade or not. 

     - We are also the largest volume dealer in Connecticut which allows us to have a better selection of inventory an get vehicles in quicker.  That also gives us the largest market share with Toyota which helps us get more people approved for financing and leasing through us than anyone else. 

     - Our showroom hours also make it more convenient for our valued customers to come and look and really decide on what vehicle meets their needs.  All of our sales consultant are Scion and Toyota Certified to assist you in any questions you may have.  Our showroom hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
